What hardware material do I need to begin broadcasting as a video chat model?
As a future video chat model, you’ll need:
- Browser requirements: Internet Explorer 6.1 or better or Firefox 2.0 or better
- The plugin 'Flash' (generally this plugin is integrated into the browser)
- A Webcam,
- An fast internet connection, a DSL line or better for an optimal quality of the broadcasting!

What is the minimum age required in order to begin my private live sex shows?

Your presentation page is generated automatically during the creation of your membership account and it will post the nickname you will have chosen (if this nickname is not already in use by another member).
For marketing reasons your video chat hostess presentation page of will have to be attractive. Also it’s up to LIVE VISION STUDIOS LLC team to validate or to refuse your uploaded pictures. It’s our job to insure the safety and the correct display of your model account.

Epassporte? What’s that?
This card allows you solely to get cash from an ATM machine within the limits of 300 € every 24 hours. It cannon be used to make payments on Internet or to make payments in real stores and such.
If you already posses an Epassporte card, than, please return to your interface, choose "My payment method" and indicate the USERID of the Epassporte account (and NOT the card number, we have no use of this one).
If you don’t yet have such a card and you wish one, you can use the provided Epassporte link to place your demand directly on the Epassporte site. You will receive it 4 weeks later. It is useless to contact us before these 4 weeks have passed, everything is automatic.
WARNING: this card is automatically sent to the mailing address indicated on your contract during the activation of your account. If this address is inaccurate, please indicate us the right address before the 1st of the next month. Should the opposite occur, you would have to pay for the second card.

I received my Epassporte card, what do I have to do next?
Please read the FAQ EPASSPORTE available on your videochat model interface.
Once your card activated, please return to your interface, choose "My payment method" and indicate us the USERID of the Epassporte account.

What is the sex webcam mode CAM2CAM?
The customers have the possibility of activating their webcams only during Cam2Cam private live sex shows sessions.
If you are equipped with a microphone, it must be activated during your Cam2Cam sessions.
Please be advised that vocal conversations are also moderated and surveyed. Our moderators can listen at any time to make sure that you follow the rules and regulations of the site.
It is thus important that you understand that giving a phone number or an e-mail address in vocal mode will be very severely sanctioned (suspension of your videochat model account, financial penalties). If we choose to leave your account active, you will no more have access to sound.

That do I have to do to begin to make money with my webcam?
1_ Register on the site, the link « Model Registration »
2_ Complete the pre-registration form by attaching it a photo of your ID card and a photo of your face.
3_ Under 24 hours, you will receive an email validating your registration and an attached file containing your contract of partnership. From this moment on, your account will be temporarily active and you can begin the shows.
To definitively activate your account and receive your payments you’ll have to fill all your profile and follow the instructions contained in the contract previously sent by e-mail.
The fully completed and signed contract must be accompanied by the following elements:
- A copy of your ID card or passport
- YOUR BANK DETAILS and phone number, so that we can make the required payments.

In how long am I going to be able to begin my first shows?
After you’ve sent us via the site your ID card and the photo of your face, we will validate and activate your account under 24 hours.

Why is my account still not validated?
That happens probably because you do not meet all the conditions required to have a valid account.
- You haven’t yet supplied us (via the form of the site) with your ID card (or that of your partner, it you are a couple)
- You didn’t send us a photo of your face
- You didn’t fill your profile (descriptions, preferences)
- You already have an account on the site; if you’ve only just registered, be patient, an administrator will validate your account under 24 hours. If your account is still not validated after the lapsed time, send us a message via the link "Contact Us".

It means that your account has been deactivated or suspended by an administrator for one of the following reasons:
- You already have an account on the site which does not allow you to open another one (this it is often the case if you were previously affiliated at a studio with whom we have agreements or if you had already work as an independent and you have received previous payments)
- You are less than 18 years old.
- We do not authorize you to work on our site (generally, you did not respect all our rules and we do not wish to collaborate any more with you.)

Generally an account is suspended because one or several site rules have been broken.

Has a charge back been made on my video chat model commissions?
The customers pay their credits (minutes in private with you) by credit card. In certain countries, like France, the customers also have the possibility of making an opposition on their payment during 6 months (that is to stop the sum due to be paid for your show from ever reach your account).
When a customer makes an opposition, we remove from your commissions the money gained with the client who made blocked the payment.
For cases like this, we keep as reserve 10 % of the amount of the profit for each model. This reserve of 10 % will be sent back to you 6 months later, if during this period of time the customers do not make banking opposition to their payments.

What rules must I follow during free sessions (Freechat)?
During your shows hot live sex chat in "freechat", you have to wear sexy outfits, pants in a general are thus forbidden. Women must privilege skirts, mini skirts, lingerie of all kinds etc. You will therefore wear provocative clothes.
During the free sessions ("freechat"), for commercial reasons on one hand and ofr security reasons concerning the minors’ protection on the other hand, no nudity is allowed (such as showing your naked breast or sex).

How can I recognize an administrator / moderator on the chat?
Be not allowed abuse by cunning individuals on the chat who try to impersonate as afor administrators or moderators and ask you to undress or to give away your email / telephone number.
An administrator / moderator never appear in your chat list. If one of them speaks to you, you will see appearing his messages in a dark red color. All other colors correspond has members or customers!
An administrator / moderator will never ask you for your email, for your password or for other means to contact you.
In the same way, an administrator will never ask for your MSN, YAHOO or other ICQ or for your personal e-mail address. He will always make him by means of your interface. His messages will always appear in the section "My Messages", in your personal video chat model account.
Do not hesitate to report us those nicknames who tried to trick you in any way, we shall intervene.
To date, here is the list of the exact nicknames that moderators use:

How can I contact the administrator, the moderators or the support team?
The ONLY possibility is to use the link "Contact Us" available at the bottom of the page. It is useless to try to contact us otherwise.
The response time is approximately 24 hours, at the most 48 hours, depending on the demands. That is why it is important to have read this FAQ and avoid blocking the support team with questions already answered in this document.

How do I correctly adjust my webcam image?
Please follow these instructions until a positive result is achieved:
1- You have to use Internet Explorer or Firefox and assure that you well updated your Windows.
2- You have to have an ADSL broadband connection at least.
3- Refresh the screen of your browser (F5 on your keyboard)
4- Erase cookies and history on your browser. Close your browser and reopen it. Retry.
5- Download the most recent version of Flash by clicking here
6- If you have a firewall of installed (Ex: Zone Alarm), sometimes their safeties are parameterized by default with a high level of safety. Authorize the site or temporarily deactivate the firewall.
